Saida Mia is an italian and Somalian fusion sauce. They originate from old family recipes that date back centuries yet have remained a secret until now. These sauces are full of flavour, aromatic, rich taste that can be used in a variety of dishes. We want to bring back home the love, passion, and ease of cooking, with our unique fusion of spices and soul from our Italian and African roots.

Sweet and sour blend of vegetables, fruits and spices. This is a sauce thatbrings us to our roots as Maraq literally means ‘sauce’ in Somali.
A classic with a twist. This is a traditional Italian tomato sauce with a somali twist. Fresh ingredients prepared with love and passion.

This sauce is aromatic and zingy and full of fresh mango fruit that will bring some Somali sunshine straight to your plate.

Our hottest sauce! Strong with fresh mint and scotch bonnet peppers this vibrant sauce is very good with lamb.
Born in Somalia, I moved to Italy at an early age and it was here that my love affair with food began.
At my grandmother’s knee I learned to absorb the passion and produce of Italy and blend it with the spice and soul of Africa.
